The Meltdown Time line

While Maeve O'Malley was working in Restaurants and Cafe's surrounded by delicious food, she realised everyone went for the humble toastie whenever hunger struck. Fast forward 4 years of developing recipes and expanding her knowledge she opened Meltdown, originally as a 3 month Pop up on Stephen Street Lower.

In July 2018, after a successful Pop Up the opportunity to move Meltdown to the Button Factory presented itself. Over the 18 month residency Meltdown grew in popularity, and became the go to location for the ultimate toastie.
